Overall an amazing company with an awesome image to spread fitness. If the google working enviroment combined with a gym, you would get Bodybuilding.com. The oportunity to grow is there as long as you chase it. You get out of it what you put into it. The working culture is amazing everyone is so friendly, professional and driven. Not mention everyone is will to help each other grow professionally and personally.
Cons
Their is no standard operating procedure for terminating employment in. Extremely high turnover rate for customer service (CS). I saw many great employees and good people get walked out with very little reason as to why. Certain team leaders, and the CS lead partner tend to pick favorites, and can be closed off. Although CS may promote growth, they lead by the fear of terminating people for very little reason.
