Pros
Use to be a great company to work for. If you are a VP or director your job is safe but it sounds like then are wanting to sell the company again.
Cons
A month ago they laid off about 40 people. With the 100+ people they had laid off last year everybody was shocked that they had to pay people off again. Not a company someone should work if they are looking for stability and growth.
