Cons
-This company is managed dreadfully.
-Completely out of stock at all locations on our most popular items, and then getting written up for not selling those exact items.
-Upper management does not care about shopper habits and how things have changed after the pandemic
-Threaten to take away things like chairs (they couldnt due to labour laws) when sales weren’t trending up, despite the fact that we sent videos of the mall entirely empty - can’t tell if there’s no one to sell to.
-Treated my coworkers like garbage, particular our store manager. Wrote her up and threatened to fire because somebody else didn’t show up (before she was even management! Just a team lead)
- Only pays minimum wage but expects maximum effort, no benefits
- Will hire more people to ensure everyone gets as little hours as possible (5-15 a week @ minimum wage)
**Falsely claims their jewellery as quality when the same pieces can be purchased on Amazon** I morally had a problem with this
