      Pros

      - Yearly company wide meeting at cool location (spent tons of money on two days for everyone to get together) - CEO has good, positive energy

      Cons

      - Revolving door role (no upward mobility, no promotions) - No offered raises at the end of the year (unlivable wage with little to no bonus structure) - Limited communication from management besides "sell sell sell" consistently left out of meetings because RES' should only be "selling" - Hire mostly young employees so they can justify the ability to underpay - Inappropriate comments towards women made by upper management

      BODYARMOR really cares about the culture they have. Everyone is extremely easy to work with across all departments! Work load is completely fair, salary is great! Overall, I had a very positive experience working here!

      Cons

      I believe the only con is that moving up in your career here is a bit difficult due to company structure.
