Pros
The spa is fairly busy, at least summer and spring. No benefits, but the starting pay is ok.
Cons
The owners are vindictive against former employees. Rumors were constantly being spread. Employees move about in fear of repercussions. There is no room for advancement and no pay increases. One of the owners would complain about her spouse (also an owner/employee), putting employees in a very awkward and uncomfortable position. Also, there is no flexibility if you want to adjust your schedule, even with ample warning. This is very difficult with the spa being open 7 days a week. Non compete clause prevents you from working anywhere in a 15 mile radius. I don't think that's even legal!
