Pros

Flexible hours for part timers

Cons

I worked 2 shifts a week for a month, no onboarding or help from the manager starting out. I was expected to know everything without being taught on day 1 and was then criticized for not knowing things. Constant criticism with 0 positive feedback from the boss. You are expected to scream for an hour because they don't give you a microphone to speak. Was told I should quit because I wasn't trying when I continuously asked for feedback and followed through. I have worked multiple personal training gigs and this is not worth it. Rude and dissmissive.

Pros

Incredible programming, great info is shared by the head coach to help prep for class. Lots of 1:1 touches in class so you get a lot of personal training experience even in a group fitness setting. Fun playlist options, great coworkers, inspiring community! Love it!

Cons

Sometimes workout formats can be a little confusing or a lot to explain which can be confusing for members

Pros

Members are nice, studio is nice .

Cons

Onboarding process is overly corporate for a boutique fitness environment. Expectations and feedback weren’t always clearly communicated upfront. Management style may not suit everyone. The role itself has potential but be prepared for a very structured onboarding. Overall really bad experience and expect the vibes to be passive aggressive at times depending on who’s helping you. Might be good if you’re starting off but if you are experienced, don’t bother.
