Pros
The patients are the only positive thing about the job. The relationship you form with them and getting to know them is what keeps you going back to work.
Cons
Management does not care about you at all. You are the money maker of the company and they treat you like you are NO ONE. You learn early on that you ARE replaceable and they would let you go in a heartbeat. The turn over is very high. The insurance is horrible and not worth it. The job has no good benefits for employers. Customers complain a lot. They don’t have a customer service number so you just brush off the client to an email that never gets a respond. The owner doesn’t even look at you and you work over 40 hours a week. You are overworked here and they offer no work life balance. You don’t even get to use your PTO until AFTER 6 months and you need a 3 month notice to leave. Who does that???? Red flag!!
