Great culture - Head of Engineering Bodo Employee Review

I've enjoyed my time at Bodo so far. I've been given a lot of responsibility, and my mentor has been great at being there for me whenever I needed help. Everyone I've met has been very kind. I would heartily recommend.

Timezone can be annoying, since a lot of people are work remotely right now. Nothing else for cons.

In my time at Bodo the biggest advantage has clearly been the opportunity to grow as engineer. I have gotten many opportunities to work on exciting technologies, interact with customers, contribute to open source projects, and finally lead my own project. I believe because of the mentorship I have received and the overall collaborative culture I have grown more an as engineer than I would have anywhere else.

Bodo is a startup and as a result there are times priorities will shift. You need to be comfortable with potentially changing priorities. If you are not comfortable adapting to change, you may not enjoy it here.
