Maybe just some of the benefits but aren’t really worth it.
Cons
No work/life balance, higher management expects you to breathe and swear by the company, high stress environment, there are no teams, is everyone for themselves, job expectations are never clear, training is poor. Company culture is to rule by fear, not good.
