      I've been at Bobtail for a year and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The culture is inclusive and collaborative, with lots of opportunities for growth and development. Plus, work-life balance is a top priority. Highly recommend!

      Cons

      The workload can be heavy at times, which can make it challenging to maintain work-life balance.

      1. Zero Micromanagement. 2. Mental Health Rest Day every month. 3. Awesome culture.

      Cons

      1. Base pay is a kinda low. 2, When getting ramped up and building a pipeline for the first 2 months, making steady commissions is going to be a challenge.
