      Excellent working environment, well balanced between professional and personal life, best in class final products and good benefits for employees.

      Cons

      Corporate strategy and objectives are not clear communicated to all levels in the company, huge silos inside the company, managed in an old fashion way and poor alignment.

      Pros

      The work is fulfilling and the role offers an immense amount of work/life balance being hybrid.

      Cons

      Almost 2 years in the company and the only possible con is some of the systems the company uses (puts more manual work on employee). Otherwise, none. Truly a wonderful company.
