Pros

The company is somewhat large so the benefits were pretty decent. Other than that, not too many good qualities to add.

Cons

The company boasts on how well established and competent they are, but I don't think upper management has any idea how incompetent their organization is managed. From lower level clerks all the way to controllers, no one has any clue on what they are supposed to be doing. They want you to be there 24/7 during busy times and then will turn around and doc you for any time they can. No support and no organization from the get go. They set you up to fail...hope they can get it together because there are some really sweet gals working there that maybe don't know that it isn't like this in every dealership.

Pros

Established dealership group with a long history and recognizable name in the market. The company has multi-generational ownership and appears stable from the outside, which may appeal to some employees looking for a long-standing organization.

Cons

Communication from leadership was extremely poor. It was not unusual to go 5–6 weeks without meaningful interaction with direct management, which created constant uncertainty about performance and job security. The corporate office culture felt cliquish, unprofessional, and at times openly hostile. HR was not effective in addressing employee concerns. Workplace politics often seemed to outweigh facts, and accountability was inconsistent.
