Employees aren't always treated the same so be prepared for favoritism. It's like the auto industry in the way that there is high turnover and they will fire whoever they feel like when things get tough, regardless of performance.

Coworkers are general nice, and the shop is pretty clean all things considered.

Management is a nightmare. Lying to customers, selling defective units then asking the techs to help cover it up. Stuff just doesn't get taken care of because of the incompetence of the leadership.
