      Interesting Lifestyle industry (boating), family business culture, competitive compensation and great benefits, casual atmosphere but serious about the work, financially solid, profitable and growing, stable employment (average tenure currently is 16 years), opportunities to grow and advance, recruiting for the future

      Cons

      Not necessarily a "con" but we are a small business with mostly organic growth and gradual advancement.
