Pros

* The People: The frontline staff and general employee base are incredible. You will work with talented, hardworking individuals who are the only reason the company functions. * International Environment: Truly diverse workspace with a great mix of cultures, which makes for a vibrant day-to-day social experience.

Cons

* Financial Instability & Transparency: There are significant concerns regarding the company's financial health. Salary delays have occurred, sometimes with payments being made in installments. Furthermore, there is a lack of honesty regarding investment status and the company's standing with partners and customers. * Management Culture: There is a "never enough" mentality. Critical thinking is discouraged, while "yes-men" or those close to leadership are prioritized for recognition regardless of actual productivity. * Hostile Offboarding: Communication is non-existent until it becomes punitive. Terminations/layoffs often happen with zero warning (within the hour). If you choose to resign, management immediately shifts to viewing you as an "enemy." * Lack of HR & Professional Safeguards: There is no HR department, which is a major red flag. Serious issues like misogyny, sexism, and mobbing (specifically within Partner Support) have been reported to leadership and subsequently ignored. This has created an unsafe environment for female employees, leading to high turnover. * Unprofessional Office Environment: Alcohol consumption is frequently encouraged by leadership during work hours, leading to a breakdown in professional standards. * Hygiene & Conduct: Basic professional standards, including personal hygiene and sobriety during partner meetings, are frequently unmet by top leadership, which is embarrassing for the staff and damaging to the brand's reputation.

Pros

- Supportive and collaborative colleagues who genuinely help each other - Friendly team atmosphere despite challenging circumstances - In the past, there were real opportunities for career and salary growth

Cons

- There is almost zero transparent communication from the company. Employees are rarely informed about decisions, which leads to rumors and people finding things out indirectly instead of through official channels. - Leadership does not seem open to constructive feedback, and performance evaluations can feel inconsistent or subjective. Decision-making often feels unpredictable, which creates stress and insecurity among employees. - While employee benefits are being reduced or removed due to budget limitations, the company continues to spend money on initiatives that do not appear to add clear business value. - Due to the company’s current situation, there are almost no opportunities for professional or financial growth, which significantly affects motivation. - There is little to no company culture, and minimal visible effort to actively support or engage employees. - It often feels like some employees are treated more favorably than others. This affects fairness and morale. - As a result, the overall atmosphere has become tense and uncertain.

Pros

some people that are employed in the company are actually really good people.

Cons

Unsafe travel policies (potential legal issue – health & safety): Travel budgets are absurdly low, bookings are always last-minute, and mandatory room-sharing with senior staff creates stress, discomfort, and, in my case, illness. This could violate workplace health and safety obligations, putting employees at risk. Unfair compensation (illegal – labor law / wage violations): Junior account managers are expected to meet the same KPIs as senior staff but are paid less; raises are arbitrary, inconsistently applied, and favor certain employees, which is demoralizing and unethical. This is illegal, among other illegal practices I observed at the company, as it violates fair pay and equal treatment regulations. ESOP unfulfilled (potential breach of contract / fiduciary duty): Promised employee stock options were never delivered despite repeated emails and verbal requests — even after termination. Failing to provide this legally promised compensation is a serious contractual violation. Disorganized responsibilities (potential legal / labor issues): KPIs and territories are frequently changed mid-quarter with unrealistic targets; extra work is dumped on employees without support or fair compensation. Many employees are aware that KPIs are structured in a way that makes it almost impossible to earn bonuses, which can constitute wage manipulation or denial of earned pay. Toxic management & concerning practices (potential discrimination / harassment): Power plays and pressure tactics are standard; there is a concerning pattern of how employees are treated when returning from leave (maternity or otherwise), creating stress, uncertainty, and fear of retaliation. Treating employees unfairly after leave may violate anti-discrimination laws and workplace protections. Overall environment (systemic abuse / labor violations): Employee well-being is consistently ignored; the company prioritizes appearances and short-term results over fairness, support, or sustainable work practices. Working here is exhausting and exploitative, creating a high-risk environment for labor complaints. Final note: The work is underpaid, and you are much better off looking elsewhere where your efforts and performance are fairly compensated.
