      Pros

      The terminal that I was at worked like a team to get the job done. Even though we were smaller we worked hard to accomplish our goals. Everyone was helpful to me, even when I got laid off.

      Cons

      The work would slow down, reorganization under a new company there were some bumps along the way.

      Pros

      There aren't many.... it's a mediocre job.

      Cons

      Low pay. Nepotism. Not sure if they have changed the policy, but when I was there they wouldn't even provide coffee to the office. A group started the "coffee club" and we all had to contribute to it financially. When I was there they were cheap cheap cheap.
