7yDear Anonymous. First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the hard feelings you feel we have created. It is never our intention to do so. As CEO, I, and our whole Leadership team, take full responsibility for our culture which is the most important thing we have. We are very sorry, and regret, that you do not feel we have honoured the Golden Rule. We believe, however, all negative can be turned into positive.
