      Company is okay and benefit okay also

      Cons

      If you are attached to the AU Payment Department, it is a very toxic environment. Co-workers treat you like a student, and there are seniors and newbies on the system. The team leader is ineffective, often gossiping and not taking things seriously.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for personal growth as you will usually be thrown in the deep end to learn on the job. Location is very convenient and corporate culture is quite friendly and helpful.

      The learning curve can be steep at times.
