Pros

-Work/Life balance -Quarterly bonuses -Decent annual raises entries to tech support field -Advancement opportunities -Exposure to a wide variety of technology across several business sectors -Management is very understanding and seems to actually care about it's employees -Tuition reimbursement and reimbursement for relevant technical certifications -Nice, recently renovated office -Occasional Social activities/happy hours with coworkers -Ability to work remotely from time to time -Dental and Vision insurance is great and affordable -401k with matching -Company paid travel as needed

Cons

-Staffing feels light for the number of clients supported, especially in busier times of the year -Medical insurance is not great (it is what it is, small company insurance and all) -Pay could be better, especially in some of the more advanced positions -Company performance discussions sometimes seem to focused on metrics and don't feel like they take into account the day to day situations, particularly on the Service Desk

-Growing business -Plenty of learning opportunities -Learning is actually pushed for each employee to grow with the company and they financially reimburse any relevant IT certifications earned -Leadership is very understanding of work/life balance and can be lenient as long as there is transparency -Great office environment with a cafe you can lounge during your lunch, including stocked snacks and coffee -Desk setups are impressive with multi-monitor setups and adjustable, standing desks -IT Professionals with incredible knowledge and they are all willing to assist each other and help themselves grow

Cons

-Very busy place at times, though this is a growing MSP feeling the growing pains
