Pros

Working at Blyce is honestly fulfilling. It is rare to be part of a company where you can see the positive impact of your work so clearly. Every project supports a government in a small island developing state on their digitalization journey - and that translates into real improvements in society. Better compliance means more public revenue, and that funding goes into things like schools, healthcare, and infrastructure. We see this with our clients with "real-world" examples. You are not just developing or trainings or even sitting in meetings - you are helping shape public services that reach people who really need them. On top of that, the team is one of the best parts. Everyone is incredibly sharp but also kind, collaborative, and driven by the same bigger purpose. There is a shared mindset that we are building something meaningful, not just ticking off tasks. There is also room to grow, try new things, and be challenged in the right way. You are given trust, and your voice actually matters.

Cons

The work can be intense at times. We are often juggling complex implementations or supporting multiple clients who need different things all at once. It is not a 9-to-5 coasting kind of job, and the pace is fast. Sometimes internal processes or alignment take a bit to catch up with the scale of what we are doing. But if you are someone who gets energy from purpose-driven work, it balances out - and leadership is open when you raise these things.

Pros

-exciting new projects, developing new solutions for Public sector - expanding to markets international in Caribbean and Pacific islands as well as developing countries worldwide. - small scale of the company (100-150 people) is its charm, direct contact with leaders, customers, less bureaucracy , diverse work, more team feel compared to ery large companies

Cons

-fast growing and new solutions for international markets while exciting also comes with challenges. -as this is a smaller company of 100+ people some standard procedures and policy are less developed compared to companies of 1,000+ employees.
