Manager (forgot his name) runs the place erratically. He told us to stand firm on pricing of extras (we sell to Comcast customers) and that our bonus' would come from that money. And when I did stand firm with an account exec over cost, she complained and he fired me. I had been warned that he was erratic and ruled by fiat, but there was no offer to me to explain my side and he fired me by VM. Till that point, the clients and editors I was working with were thrilled with the work, but that didnt matter to him. He also chiseled me out of compensation owed for extra time worked.
