      Pros

      Excellent training when hired and continued education. discounts, and occasional gratis products. Percentage of sales. Clean safe location. Ability to network with other professionals. I also found the management and corporate team to be supportive and upbeat.

      Cons

      Down time without clients. Since the hourly pay was not great, if you a guest that tipped poorly it hurt.

      Great environment, good ppl, great artists, pleasant CEO… she’s so kind and will listen to you. Great lunches and quality products.

      Cons

      Make stylist stay home if it’s not busy. We can do at least 4 hrs. We need pay
