EVERYTHING. I worked for this company maybe a total of 6 months. By the end of it I would get anxiety at the thought of having to walk through those tacky pink doors. My experience with THE OWNERS were extremely rude and disrespectful to all employees. Totally disconnected from the real world and how to treat a human let alone a hard working loyal employee. The clientele is insane! Total Beverly Hills house wives RUDE. ONE TIME I SHOWED UP FOR A MAKEUP TRAINING IT WAS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN AND IT LEGITIMATELY LOOKED LIKE IT WAS RECORDED ON A RAZOR CELL PHONE! Terrible communication skills. The owners have no idea how to run a business they are cheep and greedy. You will ONLY BE GETTING PAID MINIMUM WAGE TO DO TWO FACES!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MEANS LIKE $5 A FACE!! This place is a makeup sweat shop to say the very least. They also expect you to sell these products but don't give you any gratis??? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN SOUND LIKE????
