      Four day work week gives time for parents to spend with kids, adequate training period, fast paced environment

      Cons

      management does not seem to know where jobs are half the time, jobs come out of customer service/ordering late so production is scrambling to meet deadlines

      Pros

      you make a paycheck, there are no true benefits to working for this company. better off finding any other employment, even the pay isnt worth it.

      Cons

      extremely long hard hours on your feet and body. they lay you off right before your insurance kicks in. they do not care about the employees that help keep this company runnong smoothly, only the fat wallets of the owner and management.
