Some of the people are amazing and the best part of the job. Team outings are great.
Cons
The management team is old school, and says BlueWave is different than other big recruiting agencies but it doesn’t seem like it anymore. We have to send out daily call logs and individual metrics, every day, manually, to the entire company. For some reason the recruiting manager doesn’t handle career growth or 1:1s, that’s done by the sales team. You have no say on what you want to recruit for. Promotion criteria is a moving target. If you’re struggling or stressed you’ll be told to work harder - make more calls.
