      Pros

      love the mission of the company faith in the CEO and CTO company is in a growth phase like the company culture like the stakeholders I work with love the work I do

      Cons

      leadership team is too busy and has no time to check in on team members rapid procedural / operational changes no empathy for individuals miss the feeling of belonging I felt when I joined the company no proper training provided on process changes

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
