Disappointing - Anonymous employee Bluevine Employee Review

The product is very weak and in a very early stage. Lots of random changes. People are promoted to be team leaders just because they work there for a longer time-without any actual managing skills. No clear expactations, no proceedures, no supervision,no documentation,non of the tasks or deadlines are written -and all above there is a very low tolerance for mistakes.
