Pros
Super flexible schedule Pet-Friendly Full of smart people Managers listen to their team They have a culture team that tries to host monthly events Generous PTO Great location (across from train and also tons of places to eat/grab a drink) They do have weekly catered lunches - it would be nice to have more, but they also have snacks in all their kitchens
Cons
I have heard from other teams, that some managers are not understanding They are running out of space in their office as the team keeps growing - getting a little hectic We are a startup, so as any startup, we experience those pains, but isn't that why you join a startup? To grow with them and build this together?
