People here are very welcoming and friendly. BlueVine is always looking for ways to improve their culture. There are obviously some growing pains as we are a start up and are growing extremely quickly, but it's exciting if you like making improvements and are willing to adapt to changes quickly. The management is great, they are extremely understanding, amazing, and really care about your time at BV. I also love the fact that you are able to try different things and people are willing to help you.
