      The staff works hard to meet client demands on tight schedules.

      Cons

      Management micromanages staff and communicates expectations very poorly. The staff is mostly young and in their 20's, but it is a stiff environment without much collaboration or socializing.

      no sense of working with multiple designers on a project, very silo team mentality. PMs try to design and leadership is lacking with poor management
