      Excellent management approachability, very friendly workplace, a lot of areas to advance/improve knowledge and get involved with fields outside of your specific job if you want to.

      Cons

      Some issues with feature creep on projects, but this is mostly caused by customer scope changing.

      Great company to work for, friendly people. The director is doing a wonderful job at making you feel appreciated. You will work with highly skilled people with whom you can share and learn from. The projects are challenging and interesting.

      Cons

      The company size is a bit small, which my impact career progression depending on your role.
