Pros
The healthcare plan is nice, but this is by contract so I'm not sure if everyone gets the same benefits.
Cons
Pay is way below what it should be. If you are a man, you will get paid more. If not, you will get undercut several dollars. The management is really bad, unless you are their friend you will be treated differently. This behavior goes all the way up to the CEO. If you have an opinion that is not what they believe in, you will suffer for it (they will stop communicating with you, and stop setting up 1 on 1 reviews with you, etc.). Literally everything that is being said in all of the bad reviews here I have personally experienced myself with this company. The upper management is very clicky and only care about you if you are a suck-up. Chances are, if you're looking for a contract position with a certain company there is another vendor who has contracts there as well. Don't choose this one...
