Pros

Pros are the job is easy, EASY. You can hit your quota of tickets worked in 10 minutes. Trouble is they want you to pull tickets over and over and over without paying you any extra. It's literally easier to do a ticket and sit around for 5 minutes and do another. It's boring it's so easy.

Cons

Need to bootlick to get anywhere. Your management is stuck up the next level's rear end. They love putting a carrot in front of you promising you more. If you get good marks you get at max a 2% raise. LOL
