CEO doesn’t know what he’s doing (con bc it’s frustrating to work with these kinds of leaders that aren’t opened to listening or learning) Leadership team is oblivious and are “yes sir” type folks to CEO Work is not compelling or leading anywhere No sense of purpose or motivation No adequate coaching or mentoring to grow in your career No accountability across work stream owners No long term potential Some employees talk bad about other employees all the time HR is ridiculous
