Pros
Blueprint has a very collaborative environment among coworkers and staff on the internal team and among professional services employees. The company attracts strong and talented people with a wide variety of complimentary talents. I felt trusted, respected, and appreciated by my managers and mentors.
Cons
The negative part of the company is that it lacks overall consistent direction. Leadership says that they constantly shift priorities (and the organization chart) because they want to flexibly maintain a cutting-edge perspective. Unfortunately, this results in a lack of commitment to long-term operational plans and projects which are continually disrupted, reworked, and left unfinished. It seems Blueprint cannot "eat its own dogfood" by demonstrating the services it sells to others.
