Pros

Passionate about helping students prepare for college.

Still a small company, so there's a lot of growing pains that come with that.

Pros

There is so much to love about Blueprint! The company culture is unlike any other and it stems from a deep care and respect for their employees. Work/Life Balance - Blueprint is extremely generous with time-off and flexible schedules. They ensure every employee's personal needs are met, work around any scheduling conflicts (kids, appointments, etc.) and are very understanding of any emergency changes. Focused on growing - Management is always looking to grow and develop not only the company, but its employees as well. It is highly encouraged for new ideas to be brought to the table, along with a continual questioning of what can be made better. Personal development and the potential to grow with the company is highly supported! Innovative - Blueprint operates as a dispersed workforce. Their employees are spread throughout the country, so they all work from home. Unlike most companies though, employees log on to a video call every day to stay connected. You get all the perks of working from home, but never feel like you're working alone! If you want to enjoy "going" to work every day for a company that truly values their employees, creates a culture of support and mutual respect, and is focused on growing the company through developing its employees, Blueprint Summer Programs could be a great fit!

Cons

As is characteristic of any seasonal business, the workload is not always balanced throughout the year. During the summer, employee expectations are raised and work tasks are based on ensuring programs are run successfully. However, this is balanced out with more freedom to work on creative tasks and ability to have a flexible schedule throughout the rest of the year.
