      The starting salaries are commensurate.

      Cons

      Poor management. The sales team and designers do not know how to sell a home. Very poor designing of houses and input of necessary items for a high end build.

      Pros

      The pay was pretty decent, I started off there at 23 an hour.

      Cons

      Management is very terrible, the company is always mass laying workers off because there is never consistent work/contracts. They don’t train you at all! Very little transparency, no job security!
