      Senior staff rarely listens to junior staff, especially on complaints of capacity issues, pay equity or inept managers which leads to entry and mid level staff constantly leaving

      Very passionate about politics, very welcoming to my identity and beliefs

      Huge company turnover. No one was happy. toxic leadership and there didnt seem to be anything done about that.
