      Pros

      The culture is unlike any company I've come to work for. Everyone here at Blueprint is genuine and extremely helpful in all aspects. Management is really supportive. Really suits people who like a fast pace/result driven/ entrepreneurial. This company is quick to advance those who have a willingness and have the ability to drive results. Growth in the company can be fast; my teammates and I have been promoted.

      You need to be a self-starter. You are expected to learn quickly.

      Pros

      The founder is smart, talented, and dedicated to creating a good user experience. The product is good.

      Cons

      The company lacks any meaningful culture. The CEO, and many others, treat employees as interchangeable parts. The irony is that the company shows little understanding of mental health. A pervasive lack of trust forces people to walk on eggshells, prioritizing what they think the founder wants over doing what’s right. Most Everyone is afraid of the CEO.
