Good place to work between more serious jobs - Anonymous employee Blueprint Consulting Employee Review

There is a 9/80 work schedule. There was absolutely no overtime. Once you log off of work your were done. I loved that. Such a great group of people that I worked with and worked for. For most of my time at Blueprint I was fully remote. So much PTO it was hard to use it all up in a year.

Not really the fault of the Blueprint since this job was a government contract but there is a lot of time tracking.

Great pay and good benefits. A lot of smart, competent individuals.

- They hint that overtime is expected and routine. - Some gossipy individuals in the mix. - Management doesn't take feedback well. - Like many consulting firms, they will prioritize how they appear to the client over their own employees.
