Pros

* Close knit team * Ownership of your work. (no cog-in-the-machine mentality) * Leadership opportunities * Positive team atmosphere that encourages self-awareness and honing of skills * The talent and experience at Bluepoint are hard to find at most studios. Many people have 15+ years experlence, some have ten years more than that. Despite the immense experience, the group consists of people always willing to learn, adapt and above all encourage a positive work environment for everyone. * The opportunity to work on popular franchises that you probably wouldn't get to touch anywhere else. * A view of the river and Pennybacker bridge that is usually worthy of a framed photo. * Stocked kitchen and an HR team that feel a lot like family.

Cons

* Every company has its cons. The one's you will find at Bluepoint will be consistent with any studio that constantly tries to push the envelope. Making games is hard.

Pros

The team is passionate and experienced. There is a strong motivation to be better and push boundaries. The projects have been challenging but a lot of fun.

Cons

Management needs to talk more and be more transparent. I want to know that leadership is in front of issues and looking out for the long-term survival of the studio.
