We are glad that you appreciated, our perks, team building events and also our concern regarding Quality issues.
We are very disappointed to read that your experience did not met all your expectations.
Since the beginning of 2015 we have been introducing new Policy’s regarding Career Management and Training & Development. New projects are being implemented, like for example a performance appraisal program that we hope will be launched in 2017.
Regarding your allegations, we prefer to answer him with data:
1 “The company relies too much on internships” – Work force – only 10% of our workers are Interns…
2 Management sees labor rights as a business threat - Portuguese Labor Law is mandatory, it not depends on individual opinions…
3 Also be prepared to have no online privacy - Every company have an IT Policy, you just have to follow it…
4 The company is severely understaffed - 61 hiring’s since beginning of 2016
5 Don't expect to make a career - Internal Mobility – 13 Workers moved into a new role since beginning o 2016
6 Next to this, "Game of Thrones" is a baby's sleeping time story - Retention rate – 7 Years, according to 2015 indicators
