— incompetence from management on all levels (so much so my hours weren’t submitted for approval and I didn’t get paid for a month (aka 2 pay periods) and was given the run around in order to receive it and from what I’m aware of I wasn’t the only person this was done to) — the amount of knowledge you have to learn about brands that aren’t familiar — vague training — (depending on the location) clientele are too much to deal with given that it’s a luxury cosmetics distributor — standing on your feet for 8+ hours a shift
