      Bluemercury has grown exponentially over the years and continues to grow. This has given me the opportunity to grow professionally with them and work with plenty of talented people. I love the team that I work with. It feels like a family! The beauty of working here is that you can make an impact on the business, while working closely with the founders. It’s exciting to be a part of a business where the work you do is challenging and rewarding.

      The company is continuing to enhance the benefits and infrastructure to support the needs of the employees and the business.

      Business hours and get to meet some great clients

      Lack of recognition for hard workers. No pay increase. Some employees are getting paid 30+ an hour at most stores and complain about a couple of cents from pay increase where people like myself is getting paid $10 less with no pay increase. Full time employees will do the most work more than anyone else, including management. Management also receives the most recognition over the employees that do the most work. This company has been bought out by Macy’s so I don’t think they care to hear what employees have to say.
