Pros

Remote work is supported, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues across different cities. The European culture is easygoing, and the work environment is relaxed, with slower pace and lower volume. Some days I don’t get much leads and automation is helpful with ai

Cons

Our guidance and sales focus changes daily. Untrustworthy and poor sales exec leadership feels like high school, with a lot of favoritism towards ATH team leads (usually women). It seems like promotions are reserved for them because the cost of Athens is low, so increases are small. Many people appear to be underutilized, and talent is ignored. Everyone seems like an underutilized and expensive admin while owning 1-2 tasks as core job duties. The CEO gives too much control to people who make poor decisions and directions, and it seems like they know it. The company is unstable. Executives seem to be the only ones not held accountable, while everyone else is blamed for bad decisions. They also seem to be the ones getting incentives with zero bonuses for everyone else. Company preaches to be guest centric but our customers stop using our product. Too much egos at the top and manipulation. It’s a boys club

Pros

We offer exceptional value to our clients which is very important to me. The culture is fantastic, we have very bright and talented people working here and we all collaborate. I'm allowed to operate with a lot of autonomy, overall a great place to work!

Cons

Nothing at this point, I don't have anything for improvement.

Pros

- Tasks for this job are not that difficult - Work days can vary in length as there are days where you can finish early - No dress code/uniform; ability to wear comfortable clothes while doing your job

Cons

- Because you are driving a lot it can be a lot on your vehicle and while gas is reimbursed, maintenance is not. - Lack of direction from management - Constant changes to workflows making it difficult to follow a consistent way of doing things - Since this role has you “in the field”, it can be hard to communicate with managers and other higher-ups while on the job because they live in different states and other countries. - Onboarding is very rushed and you are expected to learn almost everything within a few days - Performance reviews are based off customer feedback which doesn’t always co-relate to your tasks and can hinder your scores even if it’s an issue that is out of your control.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the honest feedback. We want to clarify that our reimbursement covers mileage rather than gas alone, which is designed to account for the broader costs of vehicle use including wear and tear. We hope that context is helpful. We're proud of our onboarding program and the foundation it aims to provide, though we recognize that a fast-paced, field-based environment is demanding by nature and isn't the right fit for everyone. We continue to refine how we support field teams through that transition. We take the feedback on workflow consistency, management accessibility, and performance review criteria seriously. Ensuring that our field-based employees feel supported and fairly evaluated is something we remain committed to improving. We wish you well and thank you again for the thoughtful advice. Best regards, The Blueground Team
