Pros

The company has a fair commission plan. If you can make sales and keep cancellations down you can earn a decent wage.

Cons

There is a constant turnover of both staff and management. Plus, and it is a retail enviroment, you work every weekend which is difficult.

Pros

Managers are friendly, understanding, and caring individuals. The music is listenable through-out a 8 hour work day, and there are options to go remote after 3-4 months.

Cons

The commission structure is unattainable. You can only receive commission in a perfect world, and yet you have to constantly be under pressure to book, and now ask for money on top of that. You will only make your hourly for the first few months because of how the commission structure is created. You need to focus on making a pipeline and keep your bookings to 20+ or more to even receive any additional money.
