Coworkers are pretty great. Work hours are good.

Mgmt/HR makes promises of raises that never materialize

Decent benefits. Some good supervisors.

No employee appreciation from upper management. Nothing. They hired a woman supervisor 6 months ago and she has shown us more appreciation in her six months than anyone else has the entire time I've worked here. She goes out of her way to tell us Happy Birthday and our anniversaries. She's even brought us in pizza for working a holiday weekend. The company doesn't do anything for us. Other companies give their employees logo items like shirts and Home goods. They have some of us working 7 days a week, 12 hour days for a month straight just because they can't keep anyone to train. The turn over straight is the worst I've ever seen. Don't even get me started on the lack of safety and actual accountability.
