      People are friendly. Parking. Consistent schedule.

      Cons

      Lazy attitude in management. HR is actually bad at their jobs. Spiteful and woke. Lack of responsibility ownership from leaders. Lack of leaders. People in positions of power are usually looking to advance themselves rather than support the team. Salary is offensively low.

      Pros

      I’ve been here for going on 7 years and find myself content with virtually all aspects of the job. Management tends to be fairly transparent. Good place to learn.

      Cons

      Lack of overtime but this is due to economic factors currently.

      Still a mostly good place to work if you don't expect career advancement.

      Cons

      Much worse than in the past. Zero, I mean ZERO incentive to excel. Promotions have become based on favoritism.
