training is very lacking, if I did not come from the industry I would not have known what I was doing. It took a long time to understand a lot of their systems which made it very difficult to properly support the customer. Additionally when I asked for help due to a lack of understanding sometimes I would not get an answer till the next day or later which also made for a poor customer experience.
