Amazing workplace - Software Tester Bluefin Data Employee Review

Our unofficial team mascot is a very cute dog. The leadership and all of the employees put people first, and strive to help everyone grow. The culture is one that promotes autonomy, yet doesn't shy away from collaboration and asking for help. It's a remote-friendly culture, but one where there are plenty of opportunities to connect with co-workers. The engineers here are frequently on the cutting edge for new technologies, and innovation/improvement is a way of life. I've never felt limited here. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Doesn't have the same benefits offering as other companies, however that is offset a good bit by a generous salary. While I came to this job having been underpaid in prior positions compared to others in the area/industry, the company has worked hard to continue bringing my salary closer to a more standard/comparable salary in the industry.
